- During the COVID-19 pandemic, AusPro Trade is taking additional steps to ensure the health and safety of everyone when we visit your home. It is crucial that clients inform us in advance if a member of their household is feeling unwell or self-isolating due to the risk of being unwell. As mandated by strict public health requirements, we will be unable to attend if anyone in your household is displaying symptoms, or has come into contact with someone who has, of COVID-19. We will treat this information in confidence and gladly reschedule at a later time for the greater good of all parties involved.
- What AusPro Trade is doing: In order to manage the risks of COVID-19 exposure when visiting clients’ homes, AusPro Trade has taken drastic safety measures such as increased hygiene, social distancing, mandatory masks and gloves, and fortnightly testing every member of our staff.
